I have used AT&T CallVantage and Vonage in the past.  Both were OK but at times had echoes or downtime.  Since I have switched to Opex Internet Voice no one I call has any idea I am on a broad band VoIP phone.  The only reason I even have any land line based service any longer is so I can get DSL.
